Ecocheques


We accept ecocheques on all items. During payment procedure you can designate an amount payable in ecocheques. This amount cannot be higher than the value of your order. Please make sure your ecocheques are not past their expiration date. The cheques have to be sent by regular mail to Futureproofed Shop, Minister Liebaertlaan 1, 8500 Kortrijk, België.

Gift voucher


When purchasing a gift voucher, the voucher is sent to you by e-mail. Attached to the e-mail you can find the gift voucher in a .pdf file. This voucher contains a unique activation code that can only be used once. You can print and gift or mail and gift. The voucher can only be used on this website and must be spent in once.

Delivery


Products on stock are shipped the minute we receive your payment and arrive at the designated address within 7 days. For products not on stock the delivery time can be longer. Shipment is handled by TNT or Taxipost.

Ordering


The following steps need to be followed when purchasing items:


  • Find the item you wish to purchase and choose colour and measurements when required. Click the ‘add to basket’ button. Repeat this action when you wish to purchase multiple items. If all required items are in the basket, click the ‘payment’ button on top to proceed.
  • 1. Overview - Check your basket and adjust if necessary. When you have a gift voucher you can add the code at this point. The value of the voucher must be spent in once. It’s also possible to pay in both ecocheques and another form of payment. Fill in the total value that will be paid in ecocheques. Your product will be shipped as soon as we have received the ecocheques and the remaining amount. Click on the ‘next’ button to proceed.
  • 2. Account - Existing customers can log-in on this page and new customer can create an account by clicking the ‘register’ button. At registration, please add as much details as possible to ensure faultless treatment of your order. If necessary, you can add a comment or choose a different delivery address.
  • 3. Payment - Write down your order number and click the ‘next’ button to proceed.
  • Select one of the offered payment methods:
    Visa or Mastercard : your card details will be requested. For more information on the KBC web banking software, please visit the KBC website.
    Wire transfer : all necessary data is provided and a confirmation e-mail will be sent. Click on the ‘next’ button to proceed.
  • 4. Confirmation - When this page displays the text ‘Thanks you for your order.’, we have received your order correctly. An e-mail with the details of the order will be sent to your e-mail address

Transport costs


No transport costs are charged for delivery in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Transport costs outside the Benelux are calculated automatically by TNT based on measurements, weight and destination. Transport outside the Benelux can be arranged more economically when applying for a quote.

Returns policy


We will accept most returns requested within 14 days of the despatch date for Exchange, Store Credit or Refund back onto the card you paid with.
If you need to return an item, simply send us an email at , with the subject line containing the word "RETURN" and your order number. Please include any details about the items you are returning. The return transport costs are for the customer. We will refund the item upon receival. We do not refund damaged items, or items returning to us without their original packaging.
