Each paper bag consists of 99.9% post-industrial waste paper from billboard posters and inner tubes.
By using pout-industrial waste paper, no new paper needs to be produced.
The total poster proof is used in the design, which means zero waste. The poster proofs are folded and sown into their definitive shape.
Reclaiming posters eliminates emissions caused by the paper production process. Because it involves poster proofs no extra toxic inks are used.
Paper at first sight isn’t the most durable material to use for a waste paper basket, but the paper bag is quite sturdy and can have a long life span because of the design and emotional value.
Paper bag all used up? The bags can be recycled to make new paper. Net result: an extra step was added in the life of the poster proof and somebody had a great looking waste paper basket.
