The Aida Chair Magis is a fantastic designer chair with a practical form. This chair is made of polypropylene and designed by Richard Sapper. The stainless steel frame makes that the chair is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. The Aida Chair is stackable up to 10 chairs high and is available in many colors, with or without armrests.
Magis is the brand that since its start in 1976 has given a novel twist to domestic design. The company makes design furniture from both traditional materials and plastic. Depending on the application, plastic is often the best solution. The main advantage is the immense cutback on production processes. Good design combined with the use of high-tech machines, allows for the production of a ready to use product in one production step. Polypropylene is known for its limited wear The simple design gives this a product a long aesthetic life.
The polypropylene can be easily crushed and used for injection molding of another product and the iron frame is also recyclable.
